A hands-on walkthrough of preparing, seasoning, grinding, and stuffing your own sausages. Take home 5 lbs of fresh sausage per person!
The class: takes ~ three hours, limited to 8 people, and includes refreshments prepared by Underground Catering.
Once registered, participants receive an email one week prior to the class with FAQ's.

Butcher a half hog from one of our local sources (see our Farmers page) into primal and various sub-primal cuts, in our Underground Meats processing facility.
