Whole Hog Breakdown


You'll have the opportunity to butcher a half hog from one of our local sources (see our Farmers page) into primal and various sub-primal cuts. The class is held in our Underground Meats processing facility, so you'll get to check that out as well. 

The classes are limited to just 8 participants and includes food and drink from Underground Catering.

Participants go home with 8+ pounds of personally wrapped cuts which often include a variety of pork chops, tenderloin, ribs, bacon and more.

** Please note, class purchases are refundable or transferable up until 10 days prior to the class date - purchase made within the 10 day time frame are considered final sales and cannot be changed or refunded.
