This class offers a walkthrough on prepping, seasoning, grinding, and stuffing your own sausages. The pork is from Roller Coaster Farms; they've raised us beautiful tamworth hogs.
This class is limited to just 10 participants and includes food and drink from Underground Catering. Participants will also take home 5+ pounds of sausage. This class is held in our state registered meats processing facility, so you will get a chance to see how we do these processes on a bit of a larger scale.
Once signed up, participants receive an email approximately one week prior to the class date with class details which include directions to the facility.
